Todoist Time Tracking Tutorial | Everhour

Everhour integrates with Todoist to bring time tracking to your personal and shared task lists — giving you accurate reports without any extra tools.

Setup

  • Sign up for Everhour and connect Todoist from the Integrations page
  • Install the Everhour browser extension
  • Invite your team to Everhour — only those you invite can track time on Todoist tasks

Controls inside Todoist

Once the extension is installed and Todoist is connected, a timer button appears on every Todoist task. Click Start to begin tracking time without leaving Todoist. Log time manually from the extension pop-up when needed.

How sync works

Everhour syncs your Todoist projects and tasks automatically. New projects and tasks appear in Everhour as soon as they're created. Renamed tasks are updated in your reports automatically.

Reports

Filter Everhour reports by Todoist project, section, or team member. Use the data for personal productivity tracking, team billing, or project time analysis.
