Invoicing, New Plan & Annual Billing

March 30, 2017

All our existing team owners have already received an additional email that says this feature is public now.

You all get 14 days to test it. New users can try Invoicing during the whole trial period, after that they should decide if they want to buy a plan that includes Invoicing or not.

Invoicing allows you to set billing rates for your team, create a customer and assign projects to it, generate an invoice and send it as a PDF file to your customer with your business details.

Check our knowledge base for more details on how to create an invoice. Click here to download a sample invoice created with Everhour.

Plus Plan

After your Invoicing trial ends (for new users – your general trial ends), and you think you like to use it, you have to acquire a new Plan called “Plus”.

You can upgrade anytime, the unused time of your previous plan will be added as a credit to the payment for a new plan. The opposite is possible too: if you think you don’t need Invoicing, you can downgrade to a Basic plan.

Annual Billing

Another big change is the ability to pay for the whole year vs. monthly. You can switch to yearly payment at any moment on your billing settings page.
