Introducing Our New Print Function for Schedules!

October 4, 2023

We’re thrilled to announce a new feature that enhances your scheduling experience with Shifts – the ability to print your schedules in a neat and organized PDF format or on paper.

introducing our new print function for schedules!

Why is this useful? Here are a few scenarios:

  1. Offline Accessibility: Having a hard copy of the schedule is beneficial for employees who may not have easy access to digital devices during their shifts. They can quickly reference their schedules even without an internet connection.
  2. Emergency Preparedness: In case of technology glitches or power outages, having a physical schedule on hand ensures that your operations can continue smoothly without disruptions.
  3. Visual Overview: Some people prefer the clarity of a printed schedule for a visual overview. It can help managers and employees better understand shift allocations and plan accordingly.
  4. Sharing: Managers can distribute printed schedules during team meetings or post them on bulletin boards for easy access, enhancing communication within your organization.

To use this feature, simply create your schedule as usual and then click the Print button (or use Cmd + P). You’ll receive a well-structured table with all the necessary details, making your scheduling process even more efficient and versatile.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to enhance Shifts for your convenience!
