TEAM MANAGEMENT
Administrator’s toolkit for effective team handling
When it comes to teamwork, there are certain rules and procedures to respect
01
Locking time editing
- Each team could set a rule to prevent editing time entries after a certain period of time
- Members won’t be able to edit reported entries or log any time retrospectively

02
Correct employees time
- As an admin, you can edit time on behalf of your team members
- Found an error? No more need to ping your mate for such a trifle

03
User groups
- Split large teams into user groups for easier management
- Choose necessary segments for creating and sharing reports
- Understand project involvement of each particular group

04
Deactivating users
- Temporarily deactivate any user without having to completely remove them from your team
- You can still see all their logged time in reports if needed, while they cannot log in and track time any longer

05
Team access level
- Manage the access for different users in your team
- An account owner has full privileges. He is the only one who can access billing or close an account
- Admins can view and change account settings and see all reported time in all projects
- Team members can only report time and see the details of assigned projects

06
Activity log
- Click on any task title to see the details popup with full updates history
- See how time was reported: via timer or manually
- Check who and when made an entry, edited or commented it

07
Unlimited team size
- With Everhour you can easily manage 5, 50, 100 or 500 users
- UI is so flexible that you can choose the specific department or aggregate all data
