TEAM MANAGEMENT

Administrator’s toolkit for effective team handling

When it comes to teamwork, there are certain rules and procedures to respect

01

Locking time editing

  • Each team could set a rule to prevent editing time entries after a certain period of time
  • Members won’t be able to edit reported entries or log any time retrospectively

  • Temporarily deactivate any user without having to completely remove them from your team
  • You can still see all their logged time in reports if needed, while they cannot log in and track time any longer

Team access level

  • Manage the access for different users in your team
  • An account owner has full privileges. He is the only one who can access billing or close an account
  • Admins can view and change account settings and see all reported time in all projects
