Changes on Everhour.com!
Hi everybody,
Some important updates for you: a brand new Everhour is officially out and live on our primary domain – everhour.com – starting today!
That carries some changes in your daily workflow!
Namely, you cannot log in to the new version (v2) with your current credentials. We’re currently supporting both versions of our app – so if you’ve been with us for a while, you have to select v1 in the sign-in form.
We wrote a separate article with frequently asked questions – “Everything old customers need to know about Everhour 2” – plus duplicated some of them below.
We Do Not Shut Down Eh1
All existing users of EH1 can use the current product as long as they want, without any limitations. We understand that it might be extremely painful for you to transit to a new version, especially from scratch. That’s why we leave you access to the first version as long as you need it.
Just wanted to warn you about changes on our website and how to behave.
We Stop the Registration of New Accounts in EH 1
From this moment on if you wish to create an account, you can only sign up for a new version. It doesn’t affect existing EH1 account owners who want to add more members to their existing teams. It’s only about newcomers.
No Merge
We won’t merge your account from EH1 with a new version. We won’t move your time entries from the former version to the new one too.
We are very sorry, but a brand new Everhour has a completely different data structure, which makes it impossible to combine with a predecessor. It is a separate application. You should decide which one to use to track time into if you are registered in both.
All Everhour URLs Will Lead To a New Version
When typing everhour.com, you will get on a page featuring the new version. To get to your EH1 account, please press on the sign-in in the upper right-hand corner and choose the version you currently use. After that, you will need to enter your EH1 credentials to open your profile.
