Use this page to organize project time for workers and teams in Iran, especially when hours feed client billing, payroll review, or internal cost reporting. A useful project record shows the worker, date, task, project, start and end time, total hours, billable status, and any category that changes pay or review.
Iran's Labour Law sets the ordinary working-hour frame at 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week. Employment agreements must include working hours, holidays, and vacations, so project time tracking should match the schedule the worker was actually assigned, not only the client task list.
A project app should keep ordinary hours separate from overtime, night work, Friday work, and hard, hazardous, or underground work. Iran's Labour Law caps hard, hazardous, and underground jobs at 6 hours per day and 36 hours per week, so those workers need a separate category before reports reach payroll.
Overtime under normal conditions requires worker consent and payment of 40% in addition to the normal hourly wage. Assigned overtime normally must not exceed 4 hours per day, except in exceptional cases agreed by the parties. Night work runs from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with a 35% addition for eligible non-shift workers.
Project reports for Iran should support Persian labels and Iranian rial amounts when they are used for local documents, payroll review, or client billing. Article 15 of Iran's Constitution identifies Persian as the official language and script for official documents, correspondence, texts, and textbooks. The Central Bank of Iran states that the rial is Iran's currency unit.
Electronic time records tied to identifiable workers require careful data handling. Iran's Electronic Commerce Act requires consent and clear purposes for electronic personal data messages, along with collection only as needed, accurate and up-to-date records, access to files, and the ability to amend or remove personal data messages.
A one-off weekly total works for a quick status check, a draft invoice, or a manager's estimate before closing a project period. It is not enough when several people work across clients, some entries need approval, and payroll has to distinguish ordinary hours from overtime, night work, Friday work, and special working-time limits.
Everhour Team Management fits the managed workflow side: admins can set lock rules, correct time for team members, apply personal tracking limits, define weekly capacity, run approvals, assign roles, and group teams. That creates a controlled path from project entries to review, reporting, billing, and payroll handoff.

Iran's rules center on Labour Law working-hour limits and employment-contract working-time fields, not an EU-style standalone objective daily time-recording mandate. A project app still helps because hours determine overtime, night-work pay, Friday-work premiums, and weekly totals against the ordinary 44-hour cap.
Keep ordinary time, overtime, night work, Friday work, and hard, hazardous, or underground work separate. The categories carry different legal or pay consequences, including the 40% overtime premium, the 35% night-work addition for eligible non-shift workers, and the 6-hour daily and 36-hour weekly cap for hard, hazardous, and underground jobs.
Project totals do not replace payroll review. They show the work performed by task or client, while payroll review checks worker consent for overtime, daily and weekly limits, Friday work, night-work eligibility, employment-contract schedules, and any worker category with a different legal cap.
Use Persian labels and Iranian rial amounts when records support local documents, internal approvals, payroll review, or billing in Iran. Persian is the official language and script for official documents under Article 15 of Iran's Constitution, and the rial is Iran's currency unit.
Collecting unnecessary employee data creates avoidable risk. Iran's Electronic Commerce Act requires consent, specified purposes, minimization, accuracy, access, correction, and deletion for electronic personal data messages. Time entries should record the work facts needed for payroll, billing, and project management, without collecting sensitive private data beyond the stated purpose.
Everhour Team Management lets admins set lock rules, correct team time, apply personal tracking limits, define weekly capacity, approve submitted timesheets, assign roles, and group teams. Those controls help project hours move through review before managers use them for billing, reporting, or payroll preparation.
Track approved project hours, lock reviewed periods, manage team capacity, and keep billing or payroll handoff cleaner with Everhour Team Management.
