You can now <strong>select multiple time entries on the Time page<\/strong> and <strong>bulk move or delete<\/strong> them in just a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why It Matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Many teams log time throughout the day using only comments, without always assigning tasks upfront. Later, when it\u2019s time to tidy up and categorize, going one-by-one was slow and tedious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this update, you can now quickly clean up or organize your tracked time without wasting time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll now see a <strong>&#8220;Select&#8221; option<\/strong> in the dropdown menu of each time entry (on both <strong>List<\/strong> and <strong>Timesheet<\/strong> views). Click it, and checkboxes will appear next to all other entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full no-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1244\" src=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/414183839-091e9f02-72e6-42d8-a08f-3c0ff0ac493f.gif\" alt=\"auto draft\" class=\"wp-image-61119\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve selected multiple entries, a new bottom menu appears with two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Move<\/strong>: Reassign selected entries to a different task.<\/li><li><strong>Delete<\/strong>: Remove multiple entries at once (great for cleanup).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you\u2019re correcting mistakes, organizing past work, or splitting logged hours across the right projects, this feature saves clicks \u2014 and time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of many usability improvements we\u2019re rolling out.
