We\u2019re excited to introduce a powerful addition to Everhour \u2014 the Employee Data<\/strong> tab. This new tab allows admins to view and manage all employee information<\/strong> from one convenient place in a structured table format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, you could only manage individual employee fields within their Profile<\/strong>. Now, with this update, you can see the entire team at a glance<\/strong> and easily edit fields without jumping between profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fully Customizable Fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Before this release, we enabled the ability to create custom fields<\/strong> for each employee \u2014 and now, there are no limits<\/strong>. You can define and edit any type of information you need to manage your team more effectively, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \ud83d\udccd Address<\/strong><\/li>
  • \ud83d\udcde Phone number<\/strong><\/li>
  • \ud83c\udf82 Date of birth<\/strong><\/li>
  • \ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f Start and end dates of employment or contracts<\/strong><\/li>
  • \ud83d\udcac Compensation notes<\/strong> (e.g., $\/hour, bonuses, stock options)<\/li>
  • \ud83d\udc65 Job title<\/strong> and team group<\/strong><\/li>
  • \ud83e\uddfe External IDs<\/strong> or payroll codes<\/li>
  • \ud83e\uddf0 Active tools\/licenses<\/strong> used by the employee<\/li>
  • \ud83d\udcc1 Attachments and files<\/strong><\/li>
  • \ud83d\udcdd Internal comments<\/strong><\/li>
  • \ud83d\udcca Custom metrics or status fields<\/strong> (e.g., Remote\/Onsite, Visa status)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    A New Table View<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Employee Data tab shows all your employees in one structured table<\/strong>. You can filter by team group, search by name, and edit data inline. It\u2019s a more visual and efficient way<\/strong> to manage team information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Clicking on a row opens a sidebar panel<\/strong> with full employee details \u2014 including their custom fields<\/strong>, Allocations<\/strong>, uploaded files<\/strong>, and internal comments<\/strong>. This makes it easy to track documents, collect signatures, leave feedback, or simply document history \u2014 all in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
