We\u2019re excited to share updates to the Inbox feature in Everhour! Initially, Inbox focused exclusively on internal projects<\/a>, sending notifications for new tasks or comments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While this served many users well, we\u2019ve expanded its functionality to benefit a broader audience\u2014especially those using Everhour to track time in integration projects like Asana<\/a>, ClickUp<\/a>, Jira<\/a>, Notion<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s what\u2019s new:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stay informed about your project budgets without relying solely on email. Now, Inbox will notify you when a project hits a predefined budget threshold, helping you take action sooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Time-Off Notifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Admins can now view and approve time-off requests directly within Inbox. Whether it\u2019s a vacation or a personal day, managing requests has never been easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Timesheet Approval Notifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Streamline your timesheet approval process! Weekly timesheet notifications are now grouped for quick and easy review. Admins can approve all pending entries in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
