This new feature gives your team more flexibility and control when managing administrative roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, admin permissions could only be configured as either full access or no access for specific areas, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Billing and Budgeting<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Invoices<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Costs<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Expenses<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While this system worked well for some teams, others found it too limiting. Many teams created limited admin roles to grant access to specific functionalities, such as timesheet approval, since the supervisor role didn\u2019t cover these needs. At the same time, they wanted to ensure such managers could monitor billing without having the ability to make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To address these challenges, we\u2019ve added more granular permission options. Now, you can specify whether an admin can <strong>view<\/strong> or <strong>edit<\/strong> data in the areas listed above.
