Here is how to get one for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/support.everhour.com\/article\/603-calendar-integrations\" target=\"_blank\">Google, iCal and Outlook<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How calendar integrations work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Everhour syncs your events as time tracked without a task (read more in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.everhour.com\/article\/175-tracking-time-without-a-task\">this article<\/a>) to your timesheet where event title is its description. If you further move this entry to an existing task, this description becomes a task comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/lKwj_hDCs09QnVobaaGFoAMZ3TjlPDKugUcv3jJpAvlhA5Fr6dNLSaN84tio-_wUs3DjSUTHZwVXMELvmZdvX1sCOGnAUs-UAEc0Wy9R4ffIbOYxycmAXJlXpQxXKUVwvG99rFU9zbzZCQa02bXBcZw\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Important<\/strong>: your calendar events have to have start and end times! If it&#8217;s an all-day event, we won&#8217;t sync it to Everhour.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also choose when to create a time entry: before or after the calendar event (the range is between 15 minutes and 3 hours).&nbsp;Here is an example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create time entry 15 minutes before event starts. If event starts at 10:00, the time entry will be created between 09:45 and 09:55 (10 mins gap for sync).<\/li><li>Create time entry 15 minutes after event. If event starts at\u00a010:00 and ends at 11:00, the time entry will be created between 11:15 and 11:25 (10 mins gap for sync).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When an event can&#8217;t be synced<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Past events<\/li><li>If a member has a time tracking&nbsp;limit set on the Members page which is reached.<\/li><li>If an admin turned on policy &#8220;<em>Don&#8217;t allow logging time manually&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp;under Team settings.<\/li><li>If an admin turned on policy &#8220;<em>Don&#8217;t allow logging time without a task selected&#8221;<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In case an event did not sync for some reason, don&#8217;t try to modify its start and end dates, it will not trigger sync.
