This means that now we will make all the charges according to the number of seats that you select on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/app.everhour.com\/#\/account\/billing\/settings\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external external_icon\">Billing<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large no-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"502\" src=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2-settings-billing-seats-1024x502.png\" alt=\"per-seat billing and planned time on timeline\" class=\"wp-image-29834\" srcset=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2-settings-billing-seats-1024x502.png 1024w, https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2-settings-billing-seats-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2-settings-billing-seats-768x377.png 768w, https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/2-settings-billing-seats.png 1434w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This will reduce the number of invoices with prorates for micro amounts. Also, it will let you purchase the seats on your team first and invite your team members later without any charges in the middle of the billing cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>1<\/strong>. Our limits on the number of seats per team remain unchanged (min 2 seats on Lite plans and 5 seats on Team plans);<\/p><p><strong>2<\/strong>. Deactivating \/ deleting a member does not reduce the number of seats automatically.<\/p><p><strong>3<\/strong>.
