It is possible now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Watch in <strong>real-time<\/strong>, who is working at this moment&nbsp;and on what, their past activities for today and identify those who didn\u2019t report a minute today at all, ensuring everyone is on track and speed up those who are behind. Everything at a glance on a single page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically for this purpose, we\u2019ve created a special page called &#8216;Time&#8217;. Add or edit time, find more details, make sure the data for a particular day or week is correct. Here you can download your working week breakdown in PDF, CSV, or XLSX, mark specific tasks to put them on the top of the list, and see how the tasks are broken down through the whole week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will also see your tasks grouped together with the total time for a particular day of the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8216;Screenshots&#8217; tab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large no-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"672\" src=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/file-0jeE0HSKtn.jpg\" alt=\"real time dashboard\" class=\"wp-image-30052\" srcset=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/file-0jeE0HSKtn.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/file-0jeE0HSKtn-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/file-0jeE0HSKtn-768x504.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This tab allows team admins monitor activity of any member to prove they are doing the work for which they are being paid (this feature is especially helpful if some of your members charge by the hour).&nbsp;However, it&#8217;s important to note that this feature is only available with Team plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any team admin can modify it on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/app.everhour.com\/#\/account\/applications\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external external_icon\">Applications<\/a> page by adding, removing, or only enabling it for a subset of members. Then, each member whose name was on the list is required to download a desktop application so that Everhour could snap screenshots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because the app takes a screenshot every 10 minutes, this page will be broken into hourly blocks, each block containing a total of 6 screenshots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Each screenshot displays the precise time that it was captured according to the user time format.\u00a0<\/li><li>Select the day you wish to view screenshots for.<\/li><li>The name of the task that was being timed at the time the screenshot was taken. Any team admin on the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.everhour.com\/#\/account\/applications\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" class=\"external external_icon\">Applications<\/a> page can add or remove it from the Everhour interface (you can even enable it exclusively for specific members).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This tool is ideal for keeping track of the time of team members or salaried workers who don&#8217;t need to record their hourly work. Payroll admins can use this information.
