And today the newcomer is <a href=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/monday-time-tracking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monday.com time tracking<\/a> integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key benefits of Everhour:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"li-special-green\"><li>Everhour doesn&#8217;t require you to upgrade to a Standard plan or above;<\/li><li>Everhour is a full-fledged time tracking integration, not basic workflows (&#8220;if this then that&#8221;);<\/li><li>Everhour comes with plenty of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/tour\" target=\"_blank\">useful features<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to set it up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First off, you will need to signup and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/support.everhour.com\/article\/562-connecting-with-monday-com\" target=\"_blank\">connect Everhour with your monday.com<\/a> account. This is a 2-step process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/TSd1Bcva8WbtKwuS1Z0CxTP8800hCICCacW98HYqcrSrBVM-SqfPS1V7enknIwjj_zqDjKuhEF084hscP103ML9Gmxg5eBBJGo25en7CjEX8Lc9p0dNe0EdFwMdHPrpnZWjA27DT\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, you need to invite your team to join Everhour. They will also need to connect their monday.com accounts and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/support.everhour.com\/category\/418-browser-extension\" target=\"_blank\">install the Everhour browser extension<\/a>. Only those you invite into Everhour will be able to track time and see time progress (not necessarily all monday.com users).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please don&#8217;t forget to grant our browser extension access to your subdomain. This way we can embed our controls inside the monday.com interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/058kUE371RSCl1iY5lMZcKv_1AXBFInqvSNbVGm1dv5eXbD8OpcIPAMmSm7_4JnGZgO9CBne1VoCF2WnhCc2rYFSqCCesBQh9QPBi2roDykQkpkHEGnkFGjL6Sm9KUmRZnRAlX1z\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the sync works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After you connect the two platforms, Everhour will automatically sync all your boards across all of the workspaces and display them as projects in Everhour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We run auto-syncs periodically to make sure all of the changes that you make in monday.com get pulled up to Everhour. We sync the names of tasks, board groups, or boards when they are added or renamed in monday.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf93 <strong>Note<\/strong> <strong>1<\/strong>. This is the first version of our integration and some of the items aren&#8217;t syncing yet. Namely, Everhour does not sync the names of folders or dashboards that you add to a workspace. We also do not support the sync of subtasks, tags, task types, task due dates, and some other metrics\/attributes at the moment, so you can&#8217;t make reports using this data. We are open to feedback and will constantly improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf93 <strong>Note 2<\/strong>. We do not sync Everhour time with monday.com native time tracker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Everhour controls in monday.com<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the two platforms are connected, you will see the following Everhour controls in monday.com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/DlFtzqRmLQ_9ACp6LMb2zDZJ-COopZI8_97kZjJY_05tAm53VoqFhc5aOABqbM6P5e6x8mjAkGJWuA8XREawfyRThdx0pvg-ssZ2mg06yFMfSzIShTC9s790DdkF6XxoOYsiXIi2\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Header<\/strong>: set the billing and a budget for any project, see total <a href=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/clock-in-and-clock-out-your-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">project hours<\/a>, and estimate. By default, only admins can see project budgets, but you can make them visible to everyone invited to the project. Other financial data is visible to team admins only;<\/li><li><strong>&#8216;$&#8217; icon<\/strong>:<strong> <\/strong>mark certain tasks as <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/resources\/billable-and-non-billable-hours\" target=\"_blank\">non-billable<\/a> within a billable project or set a custom billing rate per task;<\/li><li><strong>Task time and estimate<\/strong>: see a task&#8217;s total time and estimate. Click on the badge to make changes;<\/li><li><strong>Buttons<\/strong>: track time using the timer or log time manually.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating reports with monday.com data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a number of columns that show specific data coming from monday.com, just like we did with some <a href=\"https:\/\/everhour.com\/blog\/best-monday-com-alternatives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monday alternatives<\/a>.
